Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to pokegoapp.com, the online ordering website of Poké Go. Poké Go is a trade name of Ocala Poke Go Inc, 3131 SW College Rd #406, Ocala, FL 34474, phone 352-421-9024. By using this website you agree to these terms.

1. Online ordering

• Orders are for pickup or dine-in at our Ocala restaurant during opening hours. Preparation times shown are estimates.
• Prices are in US dollars and sales tax is added at checkout. Menu items, prices and availability can change.
• Online orders are paid for when they are placed, by card or digital wallet, through our payment processor, Square. If there is a problem with your order, tell us at the counter or call 352-421-9024 and we will make it right or refund you.
• You give us a name and phone number with each order so we can identify it and call you about it if needed. Receiving text messages is optional and separate — see SMS Terms below.

2. Food allergies and raw seafood

Our kitchen handles fish, shellfish, soy, wheat, egg, milk, sesame, peanuts and tree nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free of allergens. Poke bowls may contain raw or undercooked seafood; consuming raw or undercooked seafood may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

3. Poké Go Rewards

Rewards members earn 1 point per $1 spent; 100 points can be redeemed for $10 off a qualifying order. Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be adjusted if an order is refunded. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity in your account. We may change or end the program with notice on this website.

4. SMS Terms — Poké Go Order Updates

• Program and sender. "Poké Go Order Updates" is a text messaging program of Poké Go (Ocala Poke Go Inc). Messages are sent from our toll-free number (877) 387-1854.
• What we send. Transactional messages only: order update texts about an order you opted in for — today, a confirmation with your order number when your online payment goes through — and one-time passcodes you request. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
• How you opt in. At checkout, tick the optional "Text me updates about this order" box under the phone number field. The box is never ticked for you, and you can place your order without it — consent is not a condition of purchase. One-time passcodes are sent only when you request one: on the password reset screen ("Text Me a Code"), or when you join Rewards with a number that already has points and we need to confirm it is yours.
• Message frequency. Up to 2 messages per order you opt in to; 1 message per passcode request.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming it. You can still order online without texts.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact customer care at 352-421-9024 or at the restaurant: 3131 SW College Rd #406, Ocala, FL 34474.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. Your mobile number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Acceptable use

Use this website only to browse our menu, place genuine orders and manage your own Rewards account. Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access other customers' information, or place orders you do not intend to collect.

6. Disclaimers

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Ocala Poke Go Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
