How Poké Go (Ocala Poke Go Inc) handles the information you give us when you order online, join Rewards or opt in to order update texts.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Poké Go collects when you use pokegoapp.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Poké Go is a trade name of Ocala Poke Go Inc, the company that owns and operates the restaurant at 3131 SW College Rd #406, Ocala, FL 34474.

1. Information we collect

Order information. The name and phone number you enter at checkout, what you ordered, any order note, and your table number if you are dining in.
Rewards account information. If you create a Poké Go Rewards account: your name, mobile number, optional email address, a password (stored only in hashed form), your points and your order history.
Payment information. Card and wallet payments are processed by Square. Your card number goes directly to Square and never reaches our servers. We receive the card brand, the last four digits and a payment reference; if you choose to save a card, Square stores it and gives us a token that only works for your account.
Text messaging information. Whether you ticked the optional "Text me updates about this order" box, the mobile number you gave, and the delivery status of the messages we send.
Technical information. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested), one essential cookie that keeps you signed in to Rewards, and browser storage that remembers your cart. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

To prepare, confirm and hand over your order, and to call you if there is a problem with it.
To send the order update text messages you opted in to, and one-time passcodes you request.
To run the Rewards program: keep your points balance, apply rewards and show your past orders.
To process payments, prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the restaurant and this website, and only as needed for that work:

Square — payment processing and saved cards.
Twilio — delivery of the text messages described in our SMS Terms.
Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
MZ ADNOVA TECH LLC — the point-of-sale and website technology provider that operates this system on our behalf.
Authorities or advisers when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or staff.

Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

4. Your choices

Text messages. They are optional. Leave the box at checkout unticked and we will not text you. If you opted in, reply STOP to any message to end them, or HELP for help.
Rewards account. You can reset your password from the sign-in screen, remove saved cards, or ask us to update or close the account.
Access and deletion. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, call 352-421-9024 or ask at the counter. We keep order and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

5. How long we keep information

Order and payment records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute handling. Rewards accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. Text message logs are kept for up to 24 months to show what was sent and that consent was given.

6. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date below.
